Not sure about in store deals but Hall's Auction has a winter auction coming up on Dec 9th. They always have jewelry and usually have several diamond stud earrings. You can trust what you buy there. They're local and experts in gemology and authenticating stones. A good set will still be expensive but typically less an in store margin.

Sport Chek has an extra 15 percent off until 11am today on top of their spend 150 and get 50 event. I was able to apply this to some sticks that were already 50 percent off, so I was able to get $460 worth of sticks for $186 and that doesn't factor in the $50 gift card.

If anyone needs a cheap tablet, Amazon Fire tablets are on sale today
$40 for 7 inch (regular $60)
$70 for 8 inch HD (regular $100)
They're supposed to be pretty good bang for your buck even at regular price

Does anyone know if this is compatible with either the Libby or Overdrive apps? Basically I want to connect to the public library with it for ebooks as my main use.

Pretty sure the overdrive app, and likely Libby as well, works on the Amazon tablet. We got the smaller one on sale at shoppers for $40 for my kids. Works great. They listen to audiobooks non-stop on it. Right now they are often using the hoopla app.
Just checked - overdrive for sure is in Amazon's app store.

The wife has one and does them all. Just download the Google files for Playstore etc. when it arrives and it will do pretty much anything any Android device will do. If you are not sure a pm or Youtube are your best friend as it is easy. Dont get caught in jailbreak conversations as that is not required at all.

It doesn't look like it. The app is not available on the Amazon app store. I looked it up on my son's Fire HD8. However if you put the Google Play Store on (as described above), you can install the Shaw Free Range app and it works fine. My son's Fire tablet runs the app just fine using the Play store.

Wifes runs it no problem. Just add the Google apks and away you go. Also make sure you put on the
correct version based on your software and install the files in the correct order.

It's sold as a gaming card though, Best cards for CAD are the P2000-5000's but my $500.00 GTX 1080 can run any modeling software worth owning just fine and fast enough. how do I know this? Lets just say it's my business to know this.
A card like the 2080 is only good for bragging rights within a gaming community made up with a bunch of kids.
