Just me speculating, but you would think this would be one tough market these days with the abundance of craft beer stores and breweries that have popped up in the last few years- along with the chains considerably increasing their selection. And even with the craft beer boom, the majority of the public still prefer big name macro lagers.

Anyway, I hope the Beer Vault is still going and all is well, and will definitely try and support when I can. Tough with the location for me.

Yah I went once to check it out and although it was pretty cool I didn't think it offered enough for the inconvenience of the location for me.

I love the fact you can ask for a beer they don't have and they will most likely be able to get it for you within a few weeks. I've ordered multiples and had no problem with delivery.

We need some sort of 'Dink Signal' for those two.

But 'The Dink' is banned and I think Squiggy has a job.

I don't even want to even imagine what that would be.

I was passing by last night and it's still open. I didn't have time to stop, but we should all go buy some beer and support him!

Full price too

The CP discount won’t be doing him any favours

I'll make an effort this weekend.

If they are carrying them, I strongly recommend Apex Predator Double IPA or Founders Canadian Breakfast Stout (possibly the greatest beer available in Alberta). Or just about anything from Outcast these days.

I am probably going to head over to the Beer Vault too. Love their selection, but their location is very awkward for me.

One thing to be aware of- the brewery has been sold/ rebranded. So last year "Apex Predator" was just the name of an awesome IPA, and now that is the name appearing on all of their beers.

Just so nobody is expecting an 8% double IP and getting a 4 pack of their lager.
