Default Square Space Email Settings

So, at work we have our website through Square Space.

My email is through Square Space.

My email on my work computer works perfectly.

I can receive emails on my cellphone.

I cannot send emails from my cellphone.

I've tried having the same settings as my work computer, but no go.

I'm sure I'm doing something stupid but I can't seem to find any information through Square Space as to what I need to do to resolve this issue.

I figured I'd try here before I start going further down rabbit holes.

I didn't think Square Space itself did email rather using your own previously setup service or if you are new to Square Space they partner with Google and you get Workspace addresses.

Have you tried setting up the account as a regular Gmail account? Or if it can receive but cannot send on mobile the smtp server settings are not configured properly. Double check the port, communication type (ssl etc) and if authentication is required.

Having a Workspace account now I find not all mobile email clients work well with it if you don't want the default Gmail app. Microsoft's Outlook app really is the best on either Android or ios maybe try that.

I'll look into this on Tuesday.

Ideally I want to keep the Gmail app my personal email and use the Samsung Mail or something else as my work email. I firmly believe my phone is not an extension of work. However, once in a while accessing work email away from work is a necessity, so I'd like to be able to.

I'll follow up when I have more info. Thanks for the help!
