Yeah, hoping Gurriel can keep doing what he's doing and maybe get the call to replace Gift. He's not good.

Wow. Teoscar with a 2 run triple for his 4th hit of the day. 9-4 Jays!

Frankly I'd take Danny Espinosa at this point.

So yeah... Teoscar has got to stay up when the DL spot closes right?

@KeeganMatheson
The #BlueJays# acquired Teoscar Hernandez for 14.0 innings of a 4.40-ERA Francisco Liriano.

Teoscar is the Blue Jays' Jankowski. A guy who showed in camp that he belonged, never should have gone down in the first place, but was quickly recalled due to injury. And if Gibbons and Shapiro have any sense, he's here to stay.

Oh, and I love the angry scroll bar on SN360. The message is basically "you don't get to watch the Jays because MLB is stupid. Listen on the radio."

I just don't see how you can send him down, playing to damn well. I am not overly familiar with MLB rules but would the Jays have to designate someone, Morales, for assignment?

Would be nice for the Jays to bat around here and get Teoscar a shot at the cycle. A double away but would bat 8th this inning.

What’s with the sigh? I never said he’s an all star or anything, just that he’s hitting better than last year...because he is. He’s got more RBI than all of last season already. If he’s just lucky, so be it. I just hope this hot streak lasts as long as possible.

Aye Grichuk. Lost up there.
Pillar with a run scoring double though. Back to a 5 run lead.

They wouldn't DFA Morales, but if they can find someone willing to take on essentially two years and $22 million left on that contract, we'd be laughing.
Outside of that, and given Hernandez is an outfielder, I'd say the most obvious casualty would be Grichuk. He was merely good with the Cardinals, and has sucked this year - though it's early. Problem there is the Jays are likely stuck in sunk cost fallacy thinking.
