Default Downloading video from a website

Does anyone know of a service, similar to a Youtube Downloader, where you can download video from a non Youtube website to your computer?

Specifically, a video like this from the CBC Calgary site:

Internet Download Manager is a paid program that can catch the videos and download them as FLV files.

Works great.
