Firmino might be the most underappreciated player in the world, but Liverpool were so wasteful in that match, should have won 5 or 6-0 instead of hanging on for the last two minutes.

They are using a test of VAR for the 3pm kickoffs today, so that's a start.

Overall that was a disappointing effort from Spurs. I mean sure that was a penalty, and both Lamela and Lucas had chances they ought to have converted, but the defence looked like a cheese cloth. I have no idea what was going on back there!

Just a test though i believe, no actual implementation
Like a dry run to practice in a game situation

Crawl before you can walk I guess. We all know it needs to happen eventually.

Cech is pure entertainment, always a disaster waiting to happen.

Pretty sure he's saying Liverpool deserved to win. And Liverpool weren't even at their best and could have scored more.

Bournemouth up 2-0 again. Baffling that Eddie Howe hasn't been given a chance at a bigger club yet.

Ya even though vorm misplayed both the goals, he was good otherwise
Spurs could have had 2 or 3, but liverpool should have had 4 or 5, and that was with vertonghen and alderwiereld last ditch defending excellently, just so many bad giveaways by spurs

Are you trying to tell us something about your preferred next coach?

I wonder if he might have to go abroad for it, he definitely deserves a step up
But tough to see one of the big 6 hiring him, even though i think he could be great, because hes not flashy or foreign....

You were right, that was a happy hour.
Kane with the fewest touches out of any player and no penalties to take so he was a passenger.
And Rose and Trippier left Vertongen and Alderweireld for dead. Just terrible game from them but excellent defending from the CBs even though Dier kept selling them out with bad pass after bad pass.
Liverpool still arent hitting higher gears though. It was a win, but it wasnt exactly awe-inspiring but 5 for 5 ain't bad. I'll take 3 points off Tottenham away.

Well, especially now that hes going to have to play with only 1 eye.
He might have to play the rest of the season as a Pirate.
If Spurs diving wasnt enough now they're resorting to eye-gouging.

Fellaini has more ball control with his chest than his feet. It's astonishing, really.
Watford defended that really poorly.
EDIT: and that too. Far too easy, but brilliant finish by Smalling.
