Default Where do I locally get this item?

Currently looking for some wide throw hinges for a new shed im building. Ideally I’m looking for an industrial supplier, maybe even a disability supply store?

I’m trying to stay clear of Amazon an the like.

You might try one of the commercial hardware suppliers such as CP Distributors or Spalding. These are manufactured by Stanley:

Let's talk about local wide throw hinges.

Disability supply stores are great. I love browsing them looking for little things to make my life easier.

Oh yeah, Gregg's was a good idea. Tons of hinges. Scroll through the pages here - some have pictures and some don't.

This is essentially what I need but I’d like the leaf to be the same on both sides of the hinge.

I like the Co-Op one on MacLeod (9309 Macleod Trail SW). I've never looked for hinges or anything like that there. More mobility aids because I'm lazy and like gizmos to do work for me. They have some great La-Z-Boy-style chairs that you press a button and they stand you up that I really want. TBH, I can't see them having hinges there, but who knows. It's a very big store.

Call hardware stores in nearby towns?

Earlier in the year, I did a large order through a place in Didsbury. They delivered my order to my front door on their way back after picking it up from the Calgary supplier. It worked out to be a good win/win scenario.

Some of these places likely supply the materials necessary for the industrial buildings in the nearby area and might have what you need.

I even know someone who nabbed some N95 in the Crossfield area earlier in the year for a high risk person.

Shanahan's has been around forever. Likely, the biggest door hardware warehouse in Calgary. I am 100% sure they have any hinges you want

Have you looked into getting the chair that takes you up and down the stairs.

I'm going to mooch this thread, as I think this is a great idea for an ongoing thread.

I need a relay for the circuit board on my dryer. Specifically this one: https://www.amazon.com/smseace-Fully...dDbGljaz10cnVl

Obviously local is better here, as waiting a couple of weeks to get my dryer working isn't a great option.
