AIC is good, but Nirvana Unplugged is absolute perfection. I would kill to discover something that utterly amazing again.
Nevermind is up there for me, too.

If you are a Springsteen fan like I am, there are lots of perfect or near perfect albums to choose from.
But I have always been partial to The Rising. The 9/11 relates themes running through it just really clicked for me.

Brand New - The Devil and God are Raging Inside Me - perfect except for the singer being revealed as a horrible pervert soliciting nude photos from underage girls.

Mellon collie and the infinite sadness. A couple weird ones but otherwise my favourite collection of music on a single cd (or double in this case). 1979, bullet with butterfly wings, zero, just a brilliant

Funny thing with different tastes... I'm a huge Beatles fan, and "I Want You (She's So Heavy)" is one of my favourite tracks.

I was going to say Rick astley’s whenever you need somebody; however, I did not for fear of being flamed.
Those of you who are a little older may recall the Styx offering of the grand illusion. Two blah songs - superstars and man in the wilderness mixed in with about 8 other really good songs

Anberlin's Blueprints For The Black Market is likely my favorite album, but I normally skip Autobahn.
Absolutely love We Dreamt in Heist and Naive Orleans as high points, but I like it the entire album overall.

Pearl Jam Ten for me.
Almost perfect. Most of the album flows naturally and has a nice mix of mellow and heavy. The only song that I feel doesn't fit is Jeremy. It's not a bad song (not my favourite by far though), but it just stands out to me as not quite fitting with everything else on the album.

Nas - Illmatic
Beastie Boys - Illcommunication
Rancid - And out come the wolves
Beastie boys gets a special nod as the Illcommunication tour was the first concert I ever went to. It was selling t-shirts but you could see the stage from booth and it was awesome.

Yeah, to me it's insane to make I Want You and Because the songs to skip on an album that has Maxwell's Silver Hammer on it.

19 was too many songs, imo. After the first 14 absolutely knock it out of the park, the last ones just kind of blend for me.

Now that we are a couple of pages in, almost every single one of you can go back and edit in which song you think is the stinker.
You can't just waltz in a say Beatles, the White Album and then stare, dead-eyed into the camera.

Dear You - Jawbreaker
I have to grit my teeth through, Million, but every other song is amazing. It kills me to hear people trash this album because it sounds too much like Jets to Brazil.

Off the top of my head my Top 3 are
Def Leppard - Hysteria This was the first cassette tape I wore out from listening to too much and needed to re-buy
G N' R - Appetite for Destruction - nuff said
Tom Petty -Full Moon Fever - I loved putting this tape in the stereo and not having to worry about fast forwarding any songs, listening straight through from Free Falling to Zombie Zoo

Funny you should mention that one. I actually feel Adore is their best album top to bottom and very underrated.
I know some of these are a little mainstream (AC/DC and GNR) but from top to bottom hard to beat for quality;
- AC/DC - Back in Black
- Guns N' Roses - Appetite for Distruction
- Smashing Pumpkins - Adore
- Stone Temple Pilots - Purple
- Korn - Issues
- Alanis - Jagged Little Pill
- Def Leppard - Hysteria
- Disturbed - The Sickness
- Faith No More - The Real Thing
- Foo Fighters - Foo Fighters
- Green Day - Dookie
- I Mother Earth - Scenery & Fish
- INXS - Kick
- L7 - The Beauty Process
- Linkin Park - The Hybrid Theory
- Motley Crue - Shout at the Devil
- Nine Inch Nails - The Downward Spiral
- Orgy - Vapor Transmission
- Our Lady Peace - Naveed
- Ozzy Ozbourne - The Ultimate Sin
- REM - Out of Time
- Ratt - Invasion of Your Privacy
- Slayer - Reign in Blood
- Metallica - Kill 'Em All
- etc, etc............
I could have gone on but there's so many great albums I've listened to over the years it's just hard to put them all down.
