On the one hand, I think differences in home and away play should be swept under the rug because it's often detrimental to make a big deal of things that have no real cause.
What matters is his total performance both at home and away.
On the other hand, his performance at home is an issue that can potentially be addressed and resolved. I just have no idea how they would go about resolving that issue.
