Hedman scores in the first period and it remains 1-0 for the Lightning in the second period.

If they can come out of Murderers Row with 2 wins and 3 loses when they are still short one major player with covid then I think the Canucks can finish better than the Oil, I dont think they can make the playoffs but they can put the boots to Emonton at least

Looking at the standings in the East, there is seems to be a pretty big gap between the good teams and the bad teams. It's hard to imagine that the teams that currently top 4 in each divisions won't be the same ones in the playoffs. They will just be jostling for position until then.

It was a crazy second period in Los Angeles as both teams combined to score five goals. Each team had a shorthanded goal and a power play goal. It is 3-3 early in the third period.

I honestly expected 1-4. 2-3 is a nice surprise

Yeah, Hedman had 3 points and played almost 33 minutes in that game.

That was unreal and it went 17 attempts until Wahlstrom finally scored on the 18th try. Islanders won that marathon. So close to going the distance and having someone take a second try.
