Hello all,

I'm currently in the process of also evaluating a restaurant and looking to understand if the valuation that's been provided in front of me is fair and reasonable.

I have access to 3-4 years' financials and looking to put together a rough range for valuation/purchase, also have some notes that I could provide additional context on in addition to the core financials.
