great team performance only giving up 22 shots and Demko stopping them all.
Hopefully this improves my CON on most players

This is going to sound weird, but that might be the first shutout for the Kings this season.
Brand new series as we're down to a best of three, but we lost our #1 defenseman for a minimum of one game, and at best he will be part time for game 6 or a potential game 7. The great Radim Simek draws in, and we're going to need some big minutes from him. God speed, young squire.

why would you rename the file? The Editor should pick up on the PLF file with no issue.
I just downloaded the PLF file and when the Editor opened I simply selected File, Open, PLF file and noissue at all.
Are you deleting all old game and league files before starting and have you cleaned your browser cache recently? If no, that is always step 1.

PLF wasn't showing a current injury, and saving it like this did. I'm sure that all of the jazz you just said would have worked, too. I was just in a rush, and for whatever reason, that did the trick. Simply downloading the file always worked for me, but this morning it didn't. It's neither here nor there if it's working in some way for everybody.
Or I've been doing everything wrong since day one, and that any of my teams have worked is a mystery of the universe.

To be fair they won the cup just 2 years ago, then burned it down and built it back quickly, as you can do when you have a rich asset base.
But they aren't far removed from winning it.

It would actually be interesting to have a permanent sticky of where teams placed historically over the last five years, and how long GMs have been in control of their teams.
There are a couple of GMs here that I thought were OG, and and then I found out they took control a year before me!

Islanders are the best team in the league. Ottawa and Washington are power houses.
(trying out some Sutter strategy to take the focus off of NJ).

Ive always wondered how long GMs have been IN the league and finally looked it up:
A few of these guys started long ago, took some time away from the game, and then came back. This list is when they first ever posted in the CPHL thread.

Cambam was also in many moons prior to 2020 but cheese fired him for a ‘bad trade’. Shall we revisit that one? It had something to do with a prospect named Rask…
