This guy could not be on thinner ice… I would be super careful if I was the Sharks as I could foresee this blowing back on the team in a fairly nasty way from a PR perspective. Not sure legally what they can or can’t do though.

Treliving should be all over San Jose and trying to take advantage of the situation. The Sharks can't do anything with Kane, so they may have to move other pieces. Hertl and Monahan seem like good principles in a deal. Probably still hoping that Eichel will some how decide he wants to play hockey this season, and wants to play in Calgary.

Yep. With stuff like this now in the NHL the leagues gonna get some bad press just like the NFL who used to run commercials stating " We Have it all in the NFL"

Kane is likely loving all the attention he's getting and now that it seems he's in the clear he'll be back holding bricks of .......well not cash to his head.....maybe just bricks .
What a clusterFfffffff......we don't need him in the league anymore ......ive personally seen enough.
I cannot imagine having a POS like this on our roster.

There is nothing they can do.
They cannot suspend him, he was literally just cleared of the original accusations as he said last week he would be.
