The Kings are mediocre as Big save Dave comes to the rescue. The Kings beat the Devils with Rittich in net and Byfield scores the winning goal on the power play, 2-1 Kings in regulation. Do not forget about the Wild, they have won four of their past five games.

Huh. The fluke steak is over and what do you know. They're 2-3 in their last 5 and giving up 4 goals a game. This was after being force fed that they were now a defensive juggernaut.
2004 was so long ago that the hate had subsided, but I watched the beginning of the Avs-Lightning game and either the arena or the channel had some stupid intro highlighting all of Tampa's cup wins and the clips of Richards, St. Louis and Andreychuk celebating their fake win shockingly got my blood boiling immediately. WTF is wrong with me, lol. Eff Tampa!
