There are too many good lines in Dr. Strangelove to just do one. This list wouldn't even hit every part that I find quotable, but it's a good start.
Personally, I love the one man comedy routine done here by Peter Sellers on the phone with the Russian president. It's clear where Bob Newhart got the inspiration for this style of bit.

I don't think so. Newhart has been around forever. His telephone bit was apparently part of his very early routines in the late 50's.
