This has to be the highest punter picked ever.
Edit: Apparently since 1985. Unreal. But Lechler is truly a weapon, so who knows?

There just aren't many CBs that have his size. He's instinctive, tough and good in coverage. He will match up better against the big receivers in the NFL better than most CBs will. He'll be a win early kind of CB.
They could also move him to safety, and I know he's said he's willing to do that if a team wants him to.

Seattle gets an ILB in round 2 after trading down, which seems like another good athlete, and fills the need.
Then takes Russell Wilson out of WIS as QB in the third round. Short, athletic guy again, but seems to be a QB with upside, but certainly a shootout style QB. Certainly another nail in the coffin at the end of this contract (this year) for Tavres Jackson, if not sooner.
Ok so far...time for some WR help methinks, as 2 of top needs addressed, and then somewhat off the board with a QB as the 3rd pick.
