I'd be surprised though. They've reported in Germany that Tuchel has had an agreement with Paris for a while and that's why he rejected Bayern.

I'd also be surprised if Wenger took another club job. After 22 years at one club and at 68 ... I think he'll rather take over a national team after the WC.

Rudi Garcia would be happy to stay at Marseille. That is not a small club.

it's not, but Arsenal would be a step up for sure. Better league and more possibilities.

After beating United, West Brom pick up another point against Liverpool. Too little too late obviously ... they will be kicking themselves for not canning Pardew earlier.

Yeah but they cheated today with the ref and the pitch.

Poor Liverpool.

Classless comment by Klopp regarding WBA and the championship. Such a whiner when things don't go his way.

Sunderland will be relegated to League One. Back to back relegations! That's rough.

For all the stick Spurs get for diving, United have had some doozies today. Nothing game-altering by any means but still funny to see. Also, yay, more blown silverware chances.

Sanchez has to be the most embarrassing. It’s just pathetic.

And I guess congratulations to United. It was a good game for the first ~70 minutes. After that it was basically terrible with players laying around and stalling, but it’s not unexpected. I could have done without the commentators fellating United for the whole thing, but it is what it is.

Not a great showing from Spurs. A couple chances here and there, but not enough to trouble De Gea. Kane just didn’t look much better than he did mid-week, and probably came back too soon.

United chewed the clock for sure (especially Valencia when he was substituted), but you're not exactly helping yourself with fouls like Diers on Lingard. United were still more dangerous (Pogbas shot, Rashfords counter), Spurs had nothing left attacking-wise.

Looking forward to the final. Unless Southampton pulls a shocker tomorrow, the Mourinho/Conte headlines should add some fire to it.

I'll guess Eriksen leaves this summer, and then Kane and Poch next summer. Spurs are just Spurs, winners they are not.

No it wasn't. It was pure football trickery that Poch would be proud of.

The added time should be abolished and they should move to a stopped clock system like they have in rugby. Players who want to lay around and whine aren’t gaining anything, and at the same time they get all the treatment and assistance they need.

I have no idea how Valencia escaped his second yellow though. It was as clear as day. And then three minutes of laying around, which somehow only turned into five minutes of added time is just appalling. But kudos to you for watching that junk everyweek. I mean it’s vintage Mourinho, and I guess the fans appear to be happy with it.

I don’t think Eriksen is leaving, but Alderweireld is gone, along with Dembele and Rose. There are going to be a few changes, but it’s not unexpected. We are pretty solidly top four here and just haven’t progressed from there. Not every team is state sponsored, so Spurs have to try to nurture young talent and hope to keep them together.

Good weekend so far. Hopefully we can beat West Ham to make it perfect.

After that, the only way it could be spoiled is if Arsenal and the Flames appoint Gulutzan and Wenger.
