This is a regular snake draft live and in person either online or at the pub. You pick your own player, once selected they are crossed off the list and next guy drafts.
This is not an ESPN draft and has no affiliation with the CPHL down below.

We usually use office pools and if most of us are drafting live it makes sense to do that in combination with the Google sheet draft board we've used in the past. It's meant to be more of a set it and forget it type pool with no waiver claims or trades. Just pick your players and hope for the best!

OK all online drafters have a link to a Teams meeting invite, we are ready to go.
Some housekeeping:
- Sounds like we will eliminate drafting McDavid and Drai. They are off limits.
- Snake draft of 11 players, with one mulligan. We have 17 Drafters so it could be a long draft with 187 selections. Please prepare well so there is no long delays. Will confirm on time limit per pick, but assume 2 minutes max.
- Prize money to be split as follows
1st gets 60%
2nd gets 30%
3rd gets 10%
- I will PM everyone my email to submit an etransfer of $25 for the draft. Please pay as quickly as possible, we dont want to eliminate a team because of non payment. Not fair to the other teams.

Think of this like a Job Interview. I'll deal with interested parties, some offers have already been made, but I want to determine the best candidate for the position.
