Season Ticket Holder Account Statement

Has anyone dug deep into the credit figures on the Membership Statement email from the Flames? They have screwed the math on this stuff before so I'm a bit cautious about blindly trusting their numbers. Anyone spot any issues? Especially anyone that did relocation so had covid credits + playoff credits + renewal deposits + new seat pricing.

The only thing that is really "off" from my numbers is that they were holding back the price increase for the 2020-21 season; and then just went ahead and applied it to the 2021-22 season. I was going to contact my rep about that; hoping the spirit of it would be that we wouldn't see an increase for the next season they play.

Other than that- their bistromathics seems to be pretty close to what I had. Between what we had sold on NHL exchange, and the credit for games not played in March/ April 2020- it seems we are within a few dollars of what I had come up with. I was expecting a bit more on the gift card, but once again within a couple of dollars.

Also noticed some some of the games that were credited back to the acct in $ value weren't actually credited properly. So make sure you check that, also we usually get a bunch of gift cards for food/beverage that were obviously unable to use last year so I've sent a note in to the rep to see what's going to happen to those.
