2020 Lady Byng Nominations
Ryan O'Reilly- St.Louis
Nathan MacKinnon- Colorado
Auston Matthews- Sharana
Gonna guess O'Reilly. Byng is so subjective. Heck, party boy Jiri Hudler won it once, with no shoes!

Draft Pick
I guess writers don't take off ice shenanigans into account for Lady Byng nominations.

Hudler's acceptance speech was so epic.
Anyway, I give this one MacKinnon because I think he deserves some hardware for the season he had and will probably lose to Draisaitl on the other ones unfortunately

Shenanigans, bally-hoo, and tom foolery are all not part of the considerations.

Slavin definitely should have been a nominee. Won't be surprised if he has a pile of first place votes and then nothing else.

Matthews? lol. After his off-season fiasco? I get that it's on ice, but they didn't look all that hard for a humble scorer?

Yeah that Matthews pick is kind of ridiculous.

Maybe there's hope for Pelletier after all. Some pretty decent players up for this.

The award might say it's for sportsmanship, but it's for putting up points with not many PIMs. That is why Matthews will win it.

Has a defenseman ever won? Or even nominated? Seems weird that defenseman are not recognized for this award.

Brian Campbell is the only recent winner.
Nik Lindstrom should have won it several times. Was able to play a hard brand of stifling D without taking penalties.

MacKinnon won, which probably means raisaitl for the Hart and Pearson unfortunately.

Braden Holtby somehow got a first place vote.
