For my musical taste I think the NME list is the best one so far but then again I listen to NME all the time. I know Celebration Rock will be on most lists but I really don't think it should be as it was too short and some of the songs were released well before 2012. Saying that the NME does give some love to Metz who are Canadian and put out an album that is in that genre but did miss Cloud Nothings : Attack on Memory. No list is going to be perfect and it could use a First Aid Kit or two.

Almost too dreamy and too synthy/psychedelic. Critics are way too forgiving! By the end of the album you are left with a headache and not in an "Attack on Memory" kind of way.
