Pretty crazy time to have your worst game of the year. This team is just a bizarre hodgepodge of lazy post-apex millionaires.

Fire somebody. I don't even care who but please just make me think that, as a fan, somebody cares. This season is abnormally painful.

He’s being paid for what he used to do I think.

If Sutter is still the coach tomorrow then we know he will be here for every second of that extension.

If? Situation hasn't festered nearly long enough yet.

ugh...terrible effort.

with the Flames luck they won't be mathematically eliminated until they lock in the #20 draft pick instead of trying to get as high a pick as possible.

There’s no point in firing him right now. A new coach isn’t gonna get the team into a wildcard spot in 11 games. It’s better to let him go in the offseason if he gets fired

There is no need to dump and chase game if there is nobody can do forecheck effectively, there is no need to pass back to D in point when no D can shoot or score or find the open man, there is no need play 1 on 1 D zone play when nobody can win 1 on 1 battle or can stop the cycle.

People who want to believe the players are all of a sudden crappy and can't play hockey anymore must have never worked in a toxic work environment. Which is exactly what insiders have been hinting at with the Flames.

A toxic work environment will eventually destroy the motivation of even the hardest working employee.

This doesn't get better until there is a complete house cleaning from GM down to every single coach. Emphasis put on Sutter being fired first.

Ya Edmonton is way better than we are. And will be for years. That should be drilled into Flames managements heads. Hope they don’t win a Cup in the next three years and try to actually build a team that can compete for the Cup by accumulating young assets. Building a team that is on the bubble to be cannon fodder for McDavid is the least appealing option. Whatever it takes to convince the Flames brain trust that there 2/3 of the league are better situated right now to be competitive in 2026 and beyond (maybe more) and that this team is not built to be Stanley Cup competitive from 24-26 and therefore they should ####ing rebuild is what we need.

Don't agree, the sooner you remove the toxic environment the better.

9-2 required now. Hopefully Anahiem and Vegas can finally end this tire fire.

No, they can. They just don’t want to anymore cause they don’t like Sutter.

Edmonton is as good as they will ever be and they aren't good enough...congrats on the 4 lottery wins. Them getting bounced will be a fun day. A 3rd seed in a bad division has never been more over rated by the media. Kings would destroy them in the playoffs, let alone the Avs.
