That's a heist.

Meanwhile, rain has been the mvp over in Sri Lanka where they've missed significant time on all 4 days so far. So frustrating, as NZ would be in a good position to win right now with a first innings lead of 138 and counting, but theres only 1 day left and that will probably get rain too.

Noooooo!!!!! The English are supposed to be the chokers, not the Aussies!

Oh well Australia just needs to win one of the last two with Smith returning and Starc still in their back pocket. I’m not panicking yet.

Haha I see what you did there. Thankfully a drawn series is all the Aussies need to retain the ashes with no stupid tiebreaker required.

It's another test cricket heist! With the light beginning to dim on day 5, the New Zealand bowlers buckle down and claim the victory in the final session.

Gotta say, this test championship is producing some exciting games so far. I'm looking forward to eighteen more months of this!

One of the best Test matches in recent memory, Stokes is having quite a summer.

India destroyed West Indies to win their first Test match of the tour.

This 2-year Test Championship will be fun!

I have a feeling that with the excitement of the last Test match, this 4th Test will be a letdown and end in a meandering draw. Especially with Australia batting first and rain in the forecast. England will take no chances risking losing the cup now.

A draw will set up a climatic do or die 5th Test

How good is Steve Smith? It only took him 2 matches to take his number 1 test batsman spot back from Kholi.

Yesterday was another brilliant performance essentially setting up the 4th test so Australia can’t lose.

I don't know why Australia declared. I would make Archer bowl until his arm falls off.

In other cricket news and maybe trivia some day, Rahmat Shah became the first Afghanistan player to hit a century in test cricket. Congrats to him and Afghanistan, who are well positioned at 271/5 against Banglasesh. This has the potential to be their first test win ever if their bowling can do the job.

The test match has flipped. Australia lose their openers and it's now them who will bat to save a draw.

Yup. Test matches are like that. Nothing happens for hours then bang bang. Steve Smith's 82 was his worst score of the series.

Yay cricket is fun again! It’s the first time Australia has lifted the Ashes in England since 2001.

Ricky Ponting couldn't do it, Steve Smith couldn't do it.

Tim Paine did it!

This was the first time I watched a test match for any length of time. I respect the hell out of the strategy that goes into it, but give me T20 any day.
