WandaVision just started but a week won't let you finish it.

Have you watched the Gallery series with the behind the scenes stuff of Mandalorian?

I tried to get into Soul but dropped out after 30 mins or so. I'm very confused at their target audience with that one. It's animated, but doesn't seemed directed at kids at all. Yet, it's not very fun or gripping for adults either.

It's like the typical animated movies that have just enough smiles and grown up jokes to keep adults mildly entertained while they watch with their kids, except this one isn't for the kids?

Free Solo, if you haven't watched it, is enthralling

Me and my son watched all the 90s Spiderman during lock down 1.

I kind of aspire to watch all of 90s Xmen, but haven't made the time. Those 2 shows + Star Wars OT were pretty much the formative viewing for my consumption of the superhero/fantasy genre.

I Also watched a few episodes of Gargoyles, my memories of it out weighted the quality.

Originals I really liked The Right Stuff. My daughter liked High School Musical the Musical and Be our Chef.

Soul was interesting. I liked it and I agree that it definitely did not seem to be aimed at kids. It was almost like an animated drama.

Soul is the type of movie you would expect from an independent animation studio. It’s more about the philosophical journey than a traditional narrative. The story itself is somewhat weak with pacing issues but makes up for it with strong themes. The standard Pixar high quality animations and voice acting is on full display here. There are also a lot of laughs here but it’s all over the place tonally combining the usual Pixar light quippy jokes with very dark humour and smart existential humour. I enjoyed the ride but this is not for children or even some adults. 8.5/10.

My kids (12 and 10) really liked it, as did I. But it probably wouldn't appeal much to very young kids. The themes and messages are great for older kids (and adults), the music is good but again not the type young kids would likely appreciate.

The original Muppet Show is coming February 19!

Featuring sketches, musical numbers, and a theme song that you will definitely have stuck in your head for the rest of the day, The Muppet Show ran from 1976-1981 in the U.S. The series featured a raft of A-list celebrity guest stars, from Julie Andrews to Elton John to Mark Hamill. When the show arrives on Disney+ next month, it will be the first time that seasons 4 and 5 have been available to fans commercially.

All I saw was that someone in an Oilers Jersey was scored on...which makes perfect sense.

Yeah having Lauren Graham was enough to get my wife to say that this will be worth watching.
Also Reilly from Letterkenny at the beginning was cool, I hope he has an ongoing role in there.

I love the idea of the Ducks becoming the modern day version of the Hawks. I hope they have snarling kids taking cheap shots and growling that they were doing their job.

Bring back Connie, I don't think she's doing much right now.

They added the Dinosaurs series. That will be a fun throwback.
