Can we also get a thread title edit? "Emergency Goalie David Ayres embarasses Maple Leafs" or something similar...for posterity and searches

Normally he's way over the top and I shut him off after a couple of minutes, but I completely enjoyed that video.

Not a kind out of town scoreboard tonight but hey atleast we almost won against a team we had two 2 goal leads against. Are the Flames even 500 returning from the all star break?

Weird season. We handle the Oilers and Canucks just fine (as per usual in recent times), but other arguably better teams manage to find ways to lose to them consistently.

High time the Flames put on their big boy pants, pulled up their boot straps and got serious.

It is unbelievable what happened in Toronto.
My cousins there are saying many think that the Marlies should suit up for the Leafs next two games as a form of detention for the so called "A" team.

Not sure if ATL will be done by Gaskal, but found this gem on the Leafs HF that was not just prophetic, but end up being self inflicted karma.

FLA nearly got caught with too many men trying to pull the goalie...didn't end up mattering. Am I crazy or did that get called recently [in a Flames game?]?

Not very often the top team in the league loses a game by giving up 9 goals and it's not even remotely close to the most embarrassing defeat of the evening.

They couldn't use up a bit of that leakiness last night, like in the third?

FFS, Bruins.
