Lots of action on the OOT. The Bhawks are picking it up right now and they beat the Wild 4-3 in OT. Gustaffson scored the GWG on the PP. Debrincat had 3 points to help Chicago win.
What the heck were the Ducks doing? Just sitting or what? That was bleeping brutal! I know many here despise the Ducks, but, the Jets are now 1 point back of the Flames. The Jets can go and crash somewhere. Good to see that Sportsnet lead SN Central with this game.
The Stars won their 3rd straight game as they beat the Predators 3-1. Great goaltending by Khudobin who made 38 saves, Janmark scored 2 goals, and perfect on the PK going 4-4.
The Kings had a 2-1 lead for 31 seconds with less than 6 minutes left in reg time then the roof caved in on them. The Islanders scored 3 times with Ryan Pulock assisting on all of them. Wow, the Isles are 16-3-2 in their past 21 games and are 8-0-0 in the second of back to back games!
The Lightning jumped out to a 3-0 lead and then hung on for the 3-2 reg win. The Rangers out shot the Lightning 16-4 in the 3rd period. Domingue is a solid back up goalie for Tampa Bay. The win puts them 9 points up on the Flames.
The Red Wings won 2-0 in Ottawa. Bernier with the SHUTOUT as he stopped all 35 shots.
Thanks for nothing Pittsburgh, the Leafs win 3-2 in reg time.
