Oh, for sure, wasn't judging, I was just guessing at the most likely cause. Had it been insurance fraud it probably wouldn't have been no the first cold day in a long time.

I wonder if there is some kind of temporary fireproofing that can be installed in buildings to protect them before they can be restored or moved.
