This house is interesting to me because it is essentially our current house. It's near us and there are a few 4 level splits that are quite similar in the vicinity.

There was another house in Scenic Acres that was listed and is already sold, 44 Scanlon Place NW. It was also listed for $699K. I think that took like 2 days.
