The Canucks out shot the Sabres 17-5 in the first period, but, trail 2-1 with Markstrom in net.

The Panthers have a surprising 2-0 lead over the Penguins in the first period.

Goal stands. Can't believe the announcers thought it wouldn't count.

Being in full control as we've seen in the league doesn't mean the puck has to be on the stick.

Got it wrong again. That was clearly offside. Took them 5 minutes and the still can't get the call right.

No it clearly was onside. Puck doesn't need to be on the stick to be considered in full control. Stupid I agree and they should just make it much more clear and have the rule being you can't cross the blue line before the puck no matter what.

Buffalo plays a little like Calgary. They seem to be underachieving and are out of sync and have a lot of great players with young talent.

More shots on goal and a better plus minus too. Fewer pims.
