The Flames really need to get some scoring from their 3rd or 4th line.

Putting Bennett on the wing and Jankowski at centre might help.

Keepin' on keepin' on, rolling the same bottom two centers hasn't worked so why not at least try something different.

I liked this bit:

"The Jets brought in a ref to talk to their team in training camp about what is and isn’t a penalty, maybe the Flames need to do the same."

I liked this too. This is not exactly a genius idea. How could an NHL team not do this every training camp especially one that took so many penalties last year?

Thanks for the write-up, it was spot on.

This was my first live game in the regular season, and it was a boring game to watch. The crowd noise was mostly people talking because there was nothing to get excited about in the game until the last 3 minutes of the third period.

Smith was amazing, the team as a whole was otherwise not worth the price of admission to watch.
