Flames Vegas Golden Knights at Calgary Flames 7:00pm TV: SNW, AT&T SN - RADIO SN960

Blasty's last two rides of the year, this week.

https://twitter.com/user/status/1638571234643578881

Western Conference-leading Golden Knights visit the Flames

BOTTOM LINE: The Western Conference-leading Vegas Golden Knights travel to play the Calgary Flames.

Calgary is 11-5-3 against the Pacific Division and 31-25-15 overall. The Flames have a 31-3-13 record when scoring three or more goals.

Vegas is 43-21-6 overall with a 9-8-2 record in Pacific Division games. The Golden Knights are 20-11-2 in games they have fewer penalties than their opponent.

Flames Rebound With Big Win Against Ducks As Rollercoaster Continues

Hey, at least the Calgary Flames beat a non-playoff team.

The plod of point accumulation continues, and the longshot Flames kept pace with the Winnipeg Jets and retained their minimal lead over the threatening Nashville Predators, who both won their games earlier on Tuesday.

Golden Knights Potential Playoff Opponent: Calgary Flames

In the leadup to the 2023 Stanley Cup Playoffs, we're starting a new series here at Vegas Hockey Now where we will look at potential teams the Vegas Golden Knights could play in the postseason. While a playoff trip is not yet guaranteed for the VGK, it is much safer to assume this team makes the postseason this year compared to last year.

No room for error. Have to think Vegas isn't too happy on how the last game ended against us.

A win tonight is 6-2-2 over their last 10 for .700 points % which is what they will need. They have played Vegas very well this year and this is 1 of 2 games left against legit playoff teams so hopefully they can get the win

Pretty much win every game time now for the Flames.

I think Vegas will put them out of their misery. So they’ll probably win tonight.

None of it matters until they can thing together a chonky winning streak. None of it.

Is it Jekyl or Hyde tonight? Can't wait to find out.

Hopefully they play really well tonight. There is no reason why they wouldn't be ready as this game is critical and the opponent is a potential first round match up if they pull off a late season miracle.

I am really curious to see the atmosphere at the Dome too. How many fans still believe there is a chance? If they fall behind, will fans get frustrated or supportive?

9-0-1 is totally doable. Just 9-0 after tonight.

I think VGN prefer us than Jets or Preds to play against in the first round.
So Golden Night just pretend tonight like you are trying to win a game.

Why do you think that? They enjoyed the 7-2 drubbing we gave them?

Each time our pairings find some footing we get a injury.

Liked what I saw from Andersson and Weegar as a pair and Stecher and Zadorov on the 3rd pair.
