I agree that the McPP could obviously be a factor, but I still believe that any one of Colorado, Seattle, Winnipeg, or even L.A. would dismantle them in 6 games or less. Games are still called differently in the playoffs, and there’s no 3 on 3.

Let’s say that Mavi has an expiring contract. And he does. Let’s say that he doesn’t plan to re-sign in greaserville. Let’s say that oilies know this and need to make a decision on a time to trade. His maximum trade value is this season and next. They won’t move him this season. They might have to do something at the end of next season or they risk getting less back. He is aging. Not perceptually to me, but he is getting older. All of the individual statistics don’t really correlate to team success; teams don’t win with one player. They do translate into a bigger trade package when one player has to move. Let’s say that Mavi stays; he will need a larger financial deal and long term commitment. How does that look with an increased cap? Does Mavi get it all? Did I mention Father Time is undefeated?

And then there’s pissy in the shadows. Does he want his own rose ceremony? He will want term and a lot more money.

There are public washrooms on the corner of Gateway Blvd and Whyte Ave. The outside walls are glass so folks can see into for like security or whatever (the stalls are private)
