I foresee another 1-2 month period where everything falls off the rails when their depth is tested and Woocroft's position is in peril.

Undeserving goalies will be scapegoated. Holland will be roasted for re-upping the ventriloquist doll based on a limited sample size.

They are top to bottom a really poorly built hockey team. Paid Campbell full on starter cash and he is at best a 1b in the league. I can’t wait for the Oiler implosion, not even the schedule makers can keep it from happening…… hahaha

I assumed Keith retiring and the BS Smith LTIR would at least mean they could ice a full roster but looking at capfriendly and they have 0.4M to sign 3 players to get to the 23 man roster? Bahaha

Seen an article today saying With Holland commenting they are likely to start the season with a 21-22 man roster. And then goes on to say they are still looking at signing additional players outside of their RFAs. Complete tire fire.

More intriguingly, how is Kane's behavior pre-long term extension vs post-long term extension.

Just took a peak at the coyotes' projected line up. I think this collection of misfits is about on par with Arizona's D group.

Do they think the whole position is irrelevant to being competitive? I don't think you could be lazier at throwing an "NHL" defense together than Holland/the Oilers have been here given that they're claiming that they're trying to compete.

They're setting Campbell up to have the worst season of his life lol.
