Windows should have the DiskUsage command by now. I have used it but I mainly stick the linux subsystem for all command line work (or Mac).

I think it was TreeFree we used back in the day for a more graphical interface. Can't really remember.

You'll need a separate utility to do duplicate file checking. If you have large files it can be slow as these tools typically go through the selected folder tree/disk and identify files that have the same file size, then perform a hash or a byte-by-byte comparison to determine if they are identical
