Oilers. McDavid had one of the most ridiculous regular seasons in NHL history and they proceeded to do absolutely nothing at the deadline and then won zero playoff games.

Easy, the Flames. Our team regressed and broke so badly and we still dont even fully believe they'll do anything about it.

Screw the Oilers. They crash and burn all the time, this is normal.

What the Flames are going through right now, not normal.

Oilers. Wasted McDavid going full cheat code on the North division. As bad as the Flames are as an organization, the Oilers always find a way to be more worser.

They did get a solid return of zero playoff wins for a another 4th round draft pick for Kulikov.

2021 Draft, 1st, 2*6th, and a 7th. Party on Oilers.

Flames. As a long time fan for almost 40 years, this was easily the worst season in franchise history.

Oilers are always terrible, so their epic failure this season is nothing unique. On paper, the Flames looked like a pretty deep team to start the year and arguably should have been battling for tops in the division.

I'm going Flames because most of the games were pretty boring, whereas if Johnny had won the Art Ross or something that would've been kinda cool

The Flames.. at least the Oilers have elite players and salary coming off the books. At least a direction even though I hope they continue to suck.

Flames have no direction at the moment and missed the playoffs with no elite players.

The Flames easily. The Oilers finally got exposed for the fraud they are and should be thankful they had the season they did.

The Oilers. They wasted another year of McTurnover and his talent.

Considering that most of the major hockey writers predicted the Flames finishing between 2-4 in the North div, failing to make the playoffs is still a much bigger disappointment

I'm going to have to say that the Flames were more disappointing. Before the season started, I had the Flames somewhere between 2nd and 3rd in the division and thought they might have a reasonable expectation to make the Conference Finals with the COVID divisional format.

Oilers finished about where I expected. They might make the playoffs, they might not, but they were still basically a 2-player team in 97 & 29. I hardly expected them to have the depth to make a deep playoff run, particularly with that goaltending combo of Smith and Kostkinen.

Sure Oiler fans are disappointed, but that's only because the homer media keeps telling them their team is a Cup contender. They're not, and the results show it.

The Flames finished far below what most expected. They disappointed in every way possible. Although flushing out Ward and getting coach Sutter back is a bonus I never expected.

Flames more-so I gotta say.

They should have been one of the top 2 teams in the division, instead, they didn't even make the playoffs.

Oilers out in round one was predictable and expected so can't be disappointed when that's exactly what happened
