Default October 15, just four games.

The quiet Monday OOT features three canadian teams including a pair of intra-divisonal games and a pair of inter-conference games. It also an early OOT as all games are in the eastern and central time zones.

As much as I hate division rivals, Toronto, Edmonton, and Vancouver are in a whole other league of hatred.

I guess they figured the Tkachuks needed a hardware update?

I know LA has never been an especially high scoring team, but I just don't think they have the offensive firepower to make the playoffs this year.

The Kings's powerplay is now 0/20!

Tatar having a great start in Montreal.

Seemed weird that he went from being worth a 1st to being perceived as a cap dump in a bigger trade after only a bad 20 game stretch.

The Leafs are pretty fun to watch, so skilled and so fast. They are going to have a huge year as long as Anderson and their top 4 can stay healthy. I wonder if they try Nylander to get some D help though. I wouldn't doubt it.

Ottawa is good every other year, sometimes without rhyme or reason.
Maybe they're continuing that.

Vancouver always seems to acquire a lot of older depth players. They also have quite a few young players that are far along on the development process. It's why they haven't been able to draft in the top of any draft. That and bad lottery luck.

What is so great about Dallas...bubble team. Besides any team can beat any team in the NHL

Vancouver had a hot start the last two seasons

I would bet everything I own that those three teams miss the playoffs

Yeah, first 15-20 games teams are still in first gear. Once teams start to gear up, these pretenders start falling off.

Got to take in the Montreal game.

Habs play fast, dominated the game. Detroit are looking pretty bad, and couldn’t stop taking penalties until the game was out of reach.

Niemi was steady but a lot of Detroit shots were from the outside.

Byron is playing well, nice to see

can't wait for the first flames vs kings game called by randorf. if current 'trends' continue i'm sure he'll tell us over and over again that the flames' powerplay is still 'abysmal' but won't mention the kings'

That was about as good as an OOT as it could be, really. East beat West when they could except the all-West game which at least wasn't a 3 pointer.

Every day McDavid isn't leading the scoring race is a good day...I'm no Leafs fan but I hope Matthews gets 150 points.

hearing Leaf fans try to convince everyone that he is gonna sign for 10M will be a nice bonus too
