Markstrom gave them a chance tonight, and guys in front of him just couldn't be bothered. Not going to win many games scoring 1 goal. Pretty disappointing performance with the season pretty much on the line. Looked like the Flames were the ones who played back to back.
The Flames forward group is just so aggressively mediocre. We're not going anywhere with this group. It just doesn't match up at all to the top end of the league. Zero difference makers.

Not a bad game but no moral victories this time of year.
Lack of finish evident again. Probably a different outcome on the season though if they had that Markstrom all year.
