I'm thinking this might actually stop him from holding office again. But yea, I highly doubt he'll end up in jail. His lawyers will figure out some way for him to weasel out of it. Either that or he'll just flee the country.

I think that's always been the goal - to not imprison him but to prevent him from ever being able to hold office again. Don't see the US ever putting one of their Presidents in prison regardless what they do.
