The graphics look to be cleaned up since the first trailer. Still no real idea what's going on gameplay or story wise, but I like the focus on summons/Eikons.
Really looking forward to RE4 - loved that game... keep hoping they would end with the chainsaw dude.
too bad they opted for this instead of Code:Veronica. I think 4 aged pretty well and wasn't in need of a remake already, but with its popularity and sales I'm not surprised. Judging by the trailer, it looks like it's darker and more focused on horror this time, which would be great.

There's more than a generation of gamers that didn't play RE4 in the day so it makes sense to bring this back as it's one of the strongest titles in the series and should turn out well jazzed up for today's hardware.

yeah, I get it. Just saying, as a fan of the series I'd have loved it if older entries had gotten the remake treatment first. Zero, Code:Veronica, maybe even a re-remake of the first one ... I'd love to see them without tank controls and fixed camera angles. But as a business decision, 4 is a logical choice.
Finally. I have been getting a lot of Spidey-mileage out of Spider-Man - Shattered Dimensions on my PC, glad to get an honest PC title. (RPCS3’s emulation is really, really good these days.)

Capcom absolutely blew RE2 out of the water with their remake a few years ago. Probably the best remake of a game I have ever played. I have no doubt the RE4 remake will be as good, if not better, considering it is a lot of people's favorite in the series.
Definitely looking forward to playing it.
I've also been begging for a RE:CV remake for a while. But I suspect with how under the radar it flew given the Dreamcast's failures, there's not much of an audience for it. A shame.

Neat!
RE4 was my absolute favourite. I especially liked playing it on the Wii because of the ability to slash with the nun chuck and aim with the Wii mote. It felt more immersive that way.

But there’s also the fact that the RE3 remake landed like a wet pancake last year too. This is a very easy remake to screw up, RE4 is a long, weird, campy game and that’s what makes it awesome. We’ll see, but I wouldn’t say I have utmost confidence in them not screwing it up.

I have the VR version for my Quest 2 and it can get intense. I never did play the original so the VR version is my first experience of it.
the RE3 remake just felt rushed. It was way too short and half-arsed ... with another few months of development it could have been as good as the RE2 remake. Don't think they'll make the same mistake with RE4, it's the most popular entry in the series and the remake has been in development for a while now. Just really curious about the overall tone and the mix between horror and action. It's a fine line for sure.
Gonna give Diablo Immortal a try, already found a bug.. I have my task bar on the left hand of my screen rather than the bottom but the game doesn't seem to like that, I have to move it when playing or have everything pushed off the right of the screen.

Reddit has not had alot of kind things to say about this game. Something like it would take $110 000 to level up your character fully or over 100 years of game play. There's also been bugs when items you've bought have vanished. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FwxTaJVUJro
