Stunned is right.

Incredibly interesting person who was entertaining and honest, and very fun to watch to this day. He’ll be missed by many.

Just seen that. Stunned is one way to put it. As someone who enjoys travelling I really enjoyed his shows. Channel surfing I would end up on his programs many times. RIP

He had a bigger impact on my life than anyone else that I've never met and the vast majority of people that I have. He inspired me to quit my job as a lawyer and travel the world before settling down (at least for now) in Asia. My life is much better thanks to him. Sad to know that his lifestyle didn't bring him the same happiness.

I just watched his show recently, the one where he was in Newfoundland. It was excellent. What sad news.

Just had the 10 year anniversary of my best friend passing to suicide. Such a tragedy. Condolences to the family and friends who must be absolutely devastated.

"Perfectly healthy", except for the things inside that you can't see. Piss off FG.

He was so wildly talented. His episode in Beirut, the second one, is beautiful. All of his tv is so literary. His books are what millions of people try to write but can't. An incredible voice.

Kate Spade too. Unbelievable talent and such sadness.

Bourdain's books almost made me want to go back to cooking for a living.
