Goals, penalties, straight reds and mistaken identities are the scope of VAR reviews. Normal fouls outside the box are not reviewable.

Lukaku didn’t have a great game IMO
Movement and reactions to the ball in the box have not been strong
Feels like a big miss here to not use that 3rd sub and leave Batshuayi on the bench.
