There was a guy in the Calgary Flames Game worn jerseys group on Facebook who made a post back in August and mentioned he was selling one for $600cad shipped. It doesn't look like the post was ever updated to indicate whether it sold or not and there weren't any photos of it but perhaps worth checking the group out if you have not already.
