Cody Grace has not had a good game punting the ball. I know he's kicking into a stiff breeze, but if you're playing the field position game, you need your punter to come through in that situation. A no yards penalty as well, might have well have gambled on 3rd and a long 2.

He's wearing too many hats, you can't be both a coach and GM in this league, it's too tough. He needs to kick himself upstairs and let someone else handle the head coaching duties.

Yeah Kuharich was party of the dark times but it was the dark times through the entire 80s. Kurahich at least was a character. Him and his battles with QB Hollywood Rick Johnson were good for the newspaper articles.
