Default Day -1 - July 25

The events begin at 01:00 with the start of the Women's Handball Tournament. Slovenia takes on Denmark. The next match will be Netherlands vs Angola at 03:00.

At 01:30 the Ranking Round for the Women's Individual Archery starts (I don't believe this will even be streamed). Virginie Chenier is the Canadian representative and a Bronze Medalist at the Pan American Championships earlier this year.

At 06:00 the Women's Handball continues with Spain vs Brazil.

Also at 06:00 Day 2 of the Men's Rugby starts with Samoa vs Kenya. We'll also have Argentina vs Australia (06:30), USA vs Uruguay (07:00), Fiji vs France (07:30), South Africa vs Japan (08:00), and New Zealand vs Ireland (08:30).

The Men's Individual Archery Ranking Round begins at 06:15. 2023 World Archery Championships Silver Medalist Eric Peters is the Canadian athlete in this event.

In Women's Handball at 08:00 is Germany vs South Korea, Hungary vs France will be at 11:00.

At 09:00 the Women's Soccer Tournament begins with CANWNT beginning the Gold Medal defence against New Zealand in Saint-Etienne. Lots of drama and controversy leading up to this one with the spying allegations. This will be shown live on CBC with pregame coverage beginning at 08:30.

Also at 09:00 in the Women's Soccer is Spain vs Japan.

At 11:00 there's Germany vs Australia and Nigeria vs Brazil in Women's Soccer.

The Men's Rugby placing games begin at 12:00.

Women's Soccer continues at 13:00 with France vs Colombia and USA vs Zambia.

Also at 13:00 there's Norway vs Sweden in Women's Handball as well as the Quarterfinals beginning for the Men's Rugby Tournament.

It’s really annoying that the New Zealand keeper is indistinguishable from the rest of the New Zealand players. Who thought it was a good idea to wear a pale light jersey when the rest of her team is wearing white?

I’m glad I’m not the only one finding this confusing. I was worried it was just my colourblindness

Lots of pressure since conceding that goal. Good to tie it before the half

A little hard to tell on the titles but it's day Minus 1 and yesterday was day Minus 2. Official opening isn't until tomorrow.

Ya Day 1 isn’t until Saturday so they count in reverse and label them in the minus. It is definitely tough to read on the titles though
