The Bruins continue their home ice winning streak as they buried the Avalanche. Pastrnak and Frederic each had 2 goals. The Avs PP was 0/3.
The Devils keep on winning. This time in Philly, 3-2 in reg time. The Devils used their 3rd string goalie, Akira Schmid. He made 31 saves. The Flyers PK was 3/3.
The Knights defeat the Red Wings 4-1. Eichel scored, but, left the game in the 3rd period with an injury.
Kapanen gets the hat trick in the Penguins 6-3 win over the Blues. Binnington got pulled after 4 goals. Coach Berube isn't happy with Binnington's attitude. Look for Greiss to start the next few games.
The Kraken got mauled by the Panthers 5-1. That was an impressive road win for the Panthers. Their PP went 3/4, Spencer Knight made 35 saves and withstood the Kraken pressure in the 2nd period with the shots being 13-2. Bennett had 3 assists and Verhage scored 2 goals.
Necas gets 2 points in the Hurricanes 4-2 win over the Kings.
