First trade as Ducks GM

We need to shed salary and this deal helps us a bunch as a start. Heinen is likely a 3rd line guy but who knows...maybe he secretly has more to show. And he is a Duck so that's fun.

Sabres needed a center, Krejci continues to produce and is on a good contract.

Nice trade for both sides. I was close on Krejci and had agreed to terms before I realized that my whole cap situation had imploded on me. Regret having to pull out of it but I like the deal that Anaheim got. Heinen is an underrated player in my eyes.
