You never forget your first (concert).
The first show I ever attended was Def Leopard on the Adrenalized tour. The next summer they headlined a festival in my home town - so I get to say my first and second concert ever was Def Leopard!
Lol!
Do you want to get rooooocked?
Apparently my answer was yes!

Goldfinger opening for Sum 41 at the Max Bell Arena. It was one of the few shows I’ve been to where the opener completely outshone the headliner. The Goldfinger set was a epic fast paced punk rock show with an intense mosh pit. Then a bunch of people left and the Sum 41 set was very dull in comparison.

Huey Lewis & the News at Red Rocks in 1985. I was 10. My dad was a pretty big fan and managed to score some tickets through his company. They were a huge band at the time, and I remember the place being jam packed.

It was either Meatloaf or Beastie Boys. I can’t remember which one I attended first. But both of them ruled.

1972 PNE coliseum.
Stevie Wonder opened for the Rolling Stones.
I wasn't yet 10 years old. Passed outlaying on my moms lap from running around chasing a giany beach ball getting batted around and all the weed smoke in the building (literally like a heavy fog all night) shortly after the Stones took the stage.
Riots were happening outside in protest of the war i believe.
Yes my mother was a bit of a hippie at the time.

Pantera. It was insane. No other words can describe it. This was about 18 years ago.

My mom took me to see the Beach Boys. I can't quite remember who the opening acts were, but I keep thinking it was Nitty Gritty Dirt Band or Three Dog Night.

Michael Jackson's History tour at the RDS in Dublin in 1997. I was a MJ nut so it was a big deal. Went with my next door neighbour and her cute cousin. Beautiful summer day.

I can do you one better:
Feist.
Edit: actually, it was Nelly Furtado. Is that worse?

I was at this show as well! '91, correct?
Edit: actually, now that I think about it, it must have been '87 or '88 when I saw them at the Dome.

Iron Maiden at the Corral in the early 80s. I was just a kid and I was scared out of my mind. First time getting high, first concert, girls were with us. The whole time I was trying to look cool while doing everything I could to calm my jangled nerves. I was thrust into adolescence that night whether I was ready or not.
Also, Eddie.
