I don't know if the costs add up, but I actually think that is a solid idea. I knew of a restaurant that used to sell $1 dollar instant ramen by the truck load to college hangover crowd.

Food trucks have become stupid, there's so much they could do better but they shoot themselves in the foot with stupidly complicated foods that take forever to cook/assemble. Get it to the window as fast as possible, you only have a short peak time ffs. They are now just extensions to the chef's restaurant it seems, where they "test" stuff. At least in Calgary.... our concept of food truck seems off.

I still remember mine as well but it isn't too hard to remember 5 numbers. The area code and the first 2 numbers after were not needed, I also remember that before you dialed you had to make sure your neighbour wasn't using it. (Party line)
