I have to take this moment to point out CBDT took another major hit today. While I only put $1000 when it was $0.91, this is a good moment to point out to not believe online hype. What a disaster this one has been.

TDOC is down 47% today. TSLA is having the worst week in 2 years, META is up 15%. What a market this is.

Crazy day For AMZN. Up 4.6% during trading and down 8.2% already in afterhours.

Uptick during the day probably from possible split. Not sure what caused the drop after.

Amazon is down 15% today can't remember it ever dropping that much in one day. RIVN turned out to be a brutal stock it's supposedly a big reason AMZN is dropping so heavily.

Shopify missed earnings while also buying another firm for $2.1B. Down 14%+ in pre market. Seems like it could drop another 5-10%, I’m guessing, should they go to market for additional shares in the future? No idea but that’s what I’m guessing considering the value involved in this deal (cash plus stock).

What is the long term potential for Shopify? I think that there was a huge run in the tech sector in the pandemic environment which was largely built on excitement/hype. As for the fundamentals of the business the price right now seems a lot more in line with reality than it did 6-8 months ago. My investment portfolio is still seeing a lot of red though
