In a situation like this, in my experience, a higher proportion of people will understand the circumstance and not suspect you of trying to cheat them.

But you have no idea why there's an 18 month lead time? Good grief. Have you been asleep for the last two years or something?
Is the cost higher than expected - probably
Can he sell the hot tub for more money if this buyer backs out - probably.

How does the buyer know what is driving the seller?

And what if it’s both. He can’t secure enough inventory to maintain his business so needs higher margins on each unit then pre-pandemic

Back to weird reviews. I think I found a guy who reviews everything. His 2 identical experiences of finding “tumor” bacon is kinda sus.

One is of the store that sold it and the other I think is of the bacon brand. The tumour is identical.

No idea, looks almost like gelatine. Probably just some wierd discolouration in the fat or maybe a cyst or something.

It's like with social media. Sometimes you can see someone's emotional state/breakdown by their posting style and frequency.

Yeah, the one about B&E not giving employees breaks, and then their subsequent response was amusing. I don’t know if he just interviewed there, or worked for a brief time and quit because he wasn’t allowed a smoking break.

It’s a good way to burn bridges though if you don’t want to work.

People left a 1 and 4 star Google reviews for T&T at Sage Hill and it hasn’t opened yet. Like, why have 3 people left reviews for a place that isn’t even open?
